We are currently seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join the Dannielle Thomas Agency team. Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Focus on service as a key strategy for client retention, including selling within the existing book of business , executing winbacks, and promoting bundling opportunities.
  • Utilize eAgent software to maintain detailed notes and effectively track client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Demonstrate awareness of office dynamics , exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and possess proficiency in computer applications such as Zoom and completing insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply.
  • Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Efficiently manage multiple client inquiries , tasks, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means , both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
